yes to both! before the intake, i request leaders to fill out a detailed intake form async, then dive in DEEP to the problems looking to be solved in their first year in the intake, and just work backwords from there: identify non-negotiables/skills/experiences necessary to solve the problems --> build interview loops/assessment framework against it --> create JD, etc.
